NORFOLK (April 1, 2015) The Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (TA-H 20) departs Naval Station Norfolk. Comfort is deploying to support Operation Continuing Promise 2015, a series of humanitarian exercises conducted under the direction of U.S. Southern Command to provide medical, dental and veterinary aid to people in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
