SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 24, 2013) -- Sailors assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) pick up trash along the roadside during a community service project. The project, lead by the 2nd Class Petty Officer Association (SCPOA), is a routine event where members of the SCPOA come together in order to keep the roads clean in a section of the road they adopted. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
