The contract provides the Military Sealift Command with supplies, paint, coatings, solvents, preservation products and technical knowledge for use in its fleet. The award was made as an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract and has a one-year base contract with four one-year options that are to be exercised at the unilateral discretion of the MSC.
A claim of harm has been brought if some data in the contract are released. Discussions relating to specific these issues are not finalized. Uncontested portions of this contract are available for viewing below.
