Food Service Worker
Self-Study Guide

Below is a link to the Food Service Worker Self-Study Guide, created by Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center. This guide may be used to meet, in conjunction with OJT, the four-hour annual training requirements. A supervisor's guide and test and answer sheet for workers is available by contacting Patrick McCrossan, training specialist, N161. A roster or email 'proof of satisfactory training completion' shall be sent to MSFSC_CIVMAR_TRNG@navy.mil so the competency may be added to HRMS.
