When CIVMAR's reporting into either CSU (1st day in the pool) they must have the following:

  1. Passport with 120+ days prior to expiration date
  2. MMD with 120+ days prior to expiration date
  3. STCW with 120+ days prior to expiration date
  4. Licenses if applicable, 120+ days prior to expiration date
  5. Medical Supplemental Record

Transportation: Bus transportation from contract hotel to CSU and back is permitted for the CIVMARs staying at the hotel - ONLY. No mariner residing in the local area is allowed to ride the bus.
