MSC operates through four programs, or business lines. Program management brings together managers, technicians and specialists in a variety of fields to support each program.
A rigid hull inflatable boat, or RHIB, from MSC combat stores ship USNS San Jose navigates the waters of the Indian Ocean, near the coast of Nias Island, Indonesia. These small boats transported San Jose crew members ashore each day to work on painting and building projects around the island as MSC participated in tsunami and earthquake relief efforts in the area.
